Labrador Tea | Organic Dried Herb | Rhododendron groenlandicum

Rhododendron groenlandicum (formerly Ledum groenlandicum).

Used in soups and stews as a substitute for bay leaves and was used by the French Canadians to extend their supplies of black tea. Either fresh or dried, the leaves are used for tea, are rich in vitamin C and noted for its relaxing properties. 

This tea can cause drowsiness, and act as a strong diuretic. In others, it has the opposite effect.
